Terms and Conditions:

  • • All appointments must be booked through our setmore booking page.

    • A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount goes toward your total service cost.

    • Appointments without a deposit will not be confirmed.

  • • You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email.

    • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in a forfeited deposit.

    • No-call/no-shows may result in being blocked from future bookings.

  • • A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, a late fee may apply.

    • If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and your deposit forfeited.

  • • Hair must be clean, detangled, and product-free unless otherwise stated in the service description.

    • Failure to follow prep instructions may result in additional fees or rescheduling.

  • • Please review all service descriptions carefully before booking. If you’re unsure which style fits your needs, contact us before your appointment.

    • Final style results may vary based on hair type, length, and condition.

  • • For safety and focus, no extra guests or children are allowed unless being serviced.

  • • Remaining balance is due at the time of service.

    • Accepted payment methods are listed on the booking page.

  • • Photos of completed styles may be taken for portfolio and promotional use.

    • If you prefer not to be photographed or shared, please let us know before your appointment.

  • • Clients are responsible for maintaining their style post-appointment.

  • • All booking and service inquiries must go through the website or official contact channels.

  • • Promotional offers are valid only during the dates specified and cannot be combined with other discounts.

    • JasBroWorld reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.

  • • Minor touch-ups (e.g., loose braids within 3 days) may be offered at no charge depending on the style.

    • Requests for changes due to personal preference (not stylist error) may require an additional fee.

  • • Please disclose any allergies to hair products, synthetic hair, or tools before your appointment.

    • JasBroWorld is not liable for reactions if no prior disclosure is made.

  • • Client information (name, contact, style history) is used solely for booking and service purposes.

    • JasBroWorld does not share or sell client data.

  • • Due to the nature of the service, refunds are not offered once the style is completed.

    • If you have concerns, please reach out within 24 hours of your appointment.
